In your role as a Business Analyst, you will:- Gather and structure requirements for new features, integrations, and internal tools
- Analyze existing processes and systems, identify gaps, propose improvements
- Translate business needs into clear deliverables for Engineering BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Building and shaping the structure and standards for corporate documentation.
- Maintain and expand the knowledge base: documentation, instructions, onboarding materials
- Conduct short interviews with stakeholders Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, IT) to capture real workflows and edge cases
- Use AI tools to transcribe and summarize recordings (interviews, calls, workshops) into clear, searchable knowledge articles
- Identify documentation gaps and convert recurring questions into KB content
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders: ask the right questions, validate assumptions, manage expectations
- Support delivery: clarify scope, manage changes, help with prioritization and readiness for development
- Contribute to standardization of documentation and BA workflows (templates, conventions, quality bar)
What skills you should have:- Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex topics into clear, actionable structure
- Experience writing documentation for non-trivial systems (workflows, data flows, integrations)
- Ability to work independently: self-organize, drive topics forward, follow through
- Solid understanding of business processes and how IT systems support them
- Stakeholder management experience: interviews, workshops, negotiation, requirement validation
- Strong communication skills and “question discipline” (asking precise, high-signal questions)
- Languages: Czech (professional proficiency), English (professional proficiency), Russian (a plus)
Nice-to-have- Technical education or strong technical background (APIs, databases, logs, integrations)
- Experience in FinTech / lending / payments / risk / compliance domains
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Desk practices, BPMN/UML, SQL basics
