Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced executive to join us as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - a leader ready to take ownership of the company’s risk management and scoring process, actively influence strategic business decisions. We need someone who understands business processes, can analyze risks holistically, and build effective solutions that drive the company’s growth and resilience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy (credit, operational, regulatory, and financial).
  • Optimize business processes to improve the speed and quality of decision-making.
  • Build and enhance scoring models, analytics, and risk monitoring systems.
  • Establish clear reporting processes for top management and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team, contributing to strategic business development.
  • Lead risk policies that directly impact the company’s profitability and stability.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

  • Has proven leadership experience in risk or financial management at Head/Director level.
  • Possesses deep expertise in credit scoring and risk management within the financial or Fintech sector.
  • Thinks product-oriented and understands the business impact of decisions.
  • Is ready to take responsibility and make decisive calls.
  • Has data analytics skills (Python, SQL).
  • Is open to relocation to the Czech Republic (company provides support).
